Opening hours

08:00–20:00 CET/CEST, daily, April to October. From November to March we work by appointment — send a message any time and we’ll come back to you the next working morning.

When to expect a reply

Within the hour during working hours, whichever channel you use. WhatsApp is usually much faster — under ten minutes. Messages that arrive overnight are answered by 09:00 the next morning.

Where to find us

Marina Frapa, Lapadska obala 21a, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia — on the Lapad shore of Gruž bay, about 10 minutes from the Old Town by taxi or Uber. All charters depart from here, and parking at the marina is free if you’re driving. You’ll find a map and step-by-step directions in the getting here section on the homepage.

If you’re staying in Lapad or Babin Kuk, the harbour is even closer — most hotels there are a 5-minute drive away. Cruise passengers: the marina sits across Gruž bay from the cruise terminal — a short taxi ride around the bay.

What to include in your message

Three things get you a firm answer straight away:

• Your dates — even a rough window helps.
• Group size — adults and children, so we can suggest the right boat.
• What you’d like to do — sunset off the walls, a swim-stop day, the Elaphiti islands, or “surprise us”.
